- Security and Documentation:
We do not require any form of security from our customers. However, it is essential that you provide the following documents: a photo, passport copy, visa page, and either an Indian or International driving license. Please send these documents via email to mathacars6655@gmail.com or through WhatsApp. Additionally, a local contact number must be provided when booking the car.
- Payment:
Payment for the rental period, including delivery and pickup, should be made in advance, either in cash or through a bank transfer upon vehicle delivery.
- Airport Services:
For airport deliveries and pickups, a copy of the ticket must be provided via WhatsApp or email.
- Extension of Rental:
Any requests for extending the rental contract should be communicated well in advance.
- Vehicle Delivery:
For our existing customers, we offer the option of having the vehicle provided before your arrival, at your home address, the airport, or a location of your choice.
- Delivery and Return Charges:
Please note that delivery and return charges are applicable based on the location and distance. These charges cover driver bata and fuel expenses. For instance, delivery and return charges to CIAL amount to Rs 2000 (Rs 1000 for each leg).
- Rental Period Calculation:
A rental day is calculated as a 24-hour period. We do not offer half-day rentals, and a minimum of one day’s rental is charged for delayed timings.
- Mileage Restrictions:
There is a monthly mileage restriction of 3600 km. If the rental period is less than a month, the limit is 120 km per day. Any extra kilometers over the rental period will incur additional charges. For luxury cars like Fortuner, Audi, BMW, Benz, and Jaguar, the daily limit is 100 km.
- Accidents and Vehicle Damage:
In the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle, please inform either Mr. Sunil at +919744986655 or Mr. Nevin at +919744876655 as soon as possible. Do not take the vehicle to a showroom or other workshops without our permission. Insurance will only cover repair charges exceeding the limit, and rental fees during the repair period must be paid. Collision repair limits are as follows:
- Rs 30,000 (vehicle cost less than Rs 10 lakhs)
- Rs 50,000 (vehicle cost above Rs 10 lakhs)
- Rs 75,000 (vehicle cost above Rs 20 lakhs)
- Rs 1,00,000 (vehicle cost above Rs 30 lakhs)
No Claim Bonus, Depreciation, and extra fittings are not covered by insurance and should be paid by the customer in case of a claim. If any scratches occur on the vehicle, please inform us and refrain from making any paint alterations on your own, as it may result in paint variation.
- Traffic Rule Violations:
Any traffic rule violations, such as speeding or signal breaking, and other offenses during the rental period are the responsibility of the hirer. Charges or penalties for such violations will be billed to the hirer.
- Vehicle Usage:
The car is strictly for personal and family use only. Professional drivers are the only ones permitted to drive the car, and engaging in any illegal activities or transporting goods is not allowed.
- Vehicle Return Condition:
The vehicle must be returned in a clean and tidy condition, both inside and outside. Failure to do so will result in a sanitizing charge of Rs 700 due to COVID-19 precautions.
- Restrictions on Vehicle Usage:
The vehicle should not be used to carry pets, goods, or anything that could damage the upholstery or the vehicle itself. In such cases, the user will be charged the actual cost for repairing or cleaning the interior and exterior of the vehicle.
- Maintaining Cleanliness:
Please treat the vehicle as if it were your own and maintain its cleanliness. Smoking and littering inside the car are strictly prohibited.
- FASTAG Requirement:
FASTAG is now mandatory, and customers should recharge it according to their trip requirements. The company will not provide refunds for any excess recharges.
